APPROACHING FROM I-20 EASTBOUND: (From Atlanta) Exit #138. Proceed south on Route 15 to Sparta, Georgia
APPROACHING FROM I-20 WESTBOUND: (From Augusta) Exit #148. Proceed south on Route 22 to Sparta, Georgia
APPROACHING GLEN MARY FROM SPARTA, GEORGIA (Southbound):
At Courthouse (Broad Street) turn left and proceed two traffic lights. Turn right at second traffic light, Boland Street. This will become Linton Road. Glen Mary is on a hill on right approximately 7.3 miles south of the traffic light. (House number 7342)
APPROACHING GLEN MARY FROM MILLEDGEVILLE (Northbound):
Proceed northbound on Route #22 and #24. Continue north on Route #22 where it diverges from #24. 2.0 miles north of the split turn right onto Linton Road (see Black Springs Baptist Church at intersection). Proceed approximately 8.9 miles to stop sign and intersection; bear left on to Linton Road. See Glen Mary on left approximately 1 ¼ – 2 miles from stop sign. (House number 7342)
FROM REYNOLDS PLANTATION TO SPARTA:
Start at LAKE OCONEE PKY(GA-44) – • Continue to follow GA-44 – • Turn Left on OLD PHOENIX RD – • Turn Left on SPARTA HWY(GA-16) – • Continue to follow GA-16 – nearly 30 miles or more until you reach HWY(GA-15) – Bear right • Continue to follow GA-15 – to Arrive at the center of Sparta.
FROM SANDERSVILLE, GEORGIA:
Go north on (GA RT. 15), North Harris Street. Turn left onto West McCarty Street. McCarty Street becomes Linton Road. Proceed north on Linton Road, crossing Rt 88, the Fall Line Freeway. Pass through the village of Linton, which is approximately 14.5- 15 miles north of the Fall Line Freeway. Continue north. About 3 miles north of Linton, the road veers to the right, a sharp “dead man’s curve”, follow to the right. Continue about 2 more miles. Glen Mary appears on the left side of the road.
